Most second home markets around the country struggled, Greer on the other hand, set records for sales activity. Greer Land & Investments led the charge in the area and out performed all other real estate firms by selling over 90% of all transactions, in 2020 alone!

Every year Greer Land & Investments invests in new marketing ideas. We began in 2010 with a full color brochure and continue efforts by creating Color One-Page Flyers, Post Card Mailers and now, a shiny new website.
