Eric Krueger | Designated Broker
A native Minnesotan, Eric grew up in the Lake Minnetonka area enjoying the outdoor lifestyle. After securing a Technical Writing degree he went to work for National Market Reports, publishers of over 20 “Blue Books“ for vehicle identification and valuation (cars, trucks, boats, aircraft, etc.). He rose through the ranks and became the Director of Sales and Marketing in 1996 and continued in that role for several years. In 2003, Eric left NMR to join a real estate brokerage in Round Valley and soon became co-owner. Eric has owned and operated several brokerages and has sold hundreds of properties in the White Mountains, Tucson/Phoenix and New Mexico. Eric is also a Broker Associate with New Mexico West Properties in Quemado, NM and can assist with western New Mexico investments as well.
Bob Pollock | Owner/Associate Broker
A native Nebraskan, Bob moved to Arizona to attend the University of Arizona in 1978 and has remained in Arizona ever since. Bob first acquired his Arizona State real estate license in 1983 and became Greer Land & Investments Designated Broker in 2002. As a full time resident of Greer for the past 22 years, he treasures the time he spends with his eighteen year old son Jackson enjoying the many outdoor activities the White Mountains has to offer. A private pilot and avid fly-fisherman, Bob can often be found on one of the area trout streams angling for one of the many species of White Mountain Trout.

AnnMarie Bothwell | Owner/Associate Broker
A true Arizona native, AnnMarie grew up in Gilbert, but spent many childhood summers and Thanksgiving holidays experiencing the charm of Greer. As an adult, she longed to come back to the place where her fondest memories were, so she purchased a cabin in Greer, and chose to try her hand at the vacation rental market. She enjoyed the rental business so much, that she purchased a second rental property! AnnMarie is an entrepreneur by nature, and owns two successful businesses in the Valley. She recently decided to expand her business portfolio again, and obtained her real estate license, in order to assist others in buying and selling homes in Greer. With a passion for service in the Greer area, AnnMarie is ready to help others with their buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Greer Land & Investments team, AnnMarie carries the values of hard work, integrity, and stellar client service into everything she does.

Andrea Greer | Owner/Agent
A native of Arizona, born in Phoenix, Andrea has lived in many places across her beloved state. Her favorite is the White Mountains, which she called home for over 30 years. Andrea enjoyed raising her three children in Eagar and being a part of the communities of Round Valley, Greer and Alpine. Andrea obtained her real estate license in 2012 and worked for Greer Land & Investments until 2016. After living in Phoenix for the last three years, Andrea is back in Greer doing what she loves, selling real estate and spending time with her one year old grandson Grant.

Tom Hollender | Agent
Born in suburban New York, Tom moved to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona in 1974 and has remained in the Southwest since that time. Tom has been an educator for the past 35 years and retired from the Round Valley school district in May 2016. A full time resident of Nutrioso since 1988, Tom has held his real estate license for the past 18 years. In his spare time, he has been involved in various construction projects in Nutrioso including building and overseeing a small exclusive development of custom homes and managing and overseeing the construction of other dwellings. Tom along with his wife and his daughters is an avid hiker, cross country skier, and mountain biker. He has a strong knowledge of Nutrioso and its property and marketing values. Tom works closely with the Greer office to offer unique properties in the Nutrioso area.
